Selected Case Studies

From concept to a clear development plan.

VolleyR: from a VR volleyball concept to a defined development plan.

VolleyR is developing a virtual-reality volleyball experience for home players and venue operators. The project needed a clear connection between its business model, brand and first development phase.

Inventium supported business and product planning, helping organize market positioning, brand direction and prototype requirements into a coordinated set of project materials. The prototype brief defines arena concepts, a baseline avatar, menus, onboarding and a simple match flow, with later multiplayer and advanced gameplay addressed separately.

The documented outputs include a business plan, brand framework and detailed prototype development brief. Together, these give founders and delivery partners a shared reference for scope, priorities and the next stage of development.

Plantect: turning a plant-health concept into a focused mobile product.

Plantect’s concept brings plant care, environmental readings and risk alerts into a mobile experience. Its wider product vision spans individual growers and larger green spaces, making a clearly defined first version essential.

Inventium supported product scoping and user-experience planning around a practical journey: add a plant, connect a sensor, review its condition and decide on a care action. The March 2026 mobile brief defines onboarding, plant setup, health summaries, alert details and care history, while placing larger enterprise, automation and marketplace features in later phases.

The project materials also include an early mobile application codebase with interface screens and demo data. Together, the brief and prototype materials provide a concrete basis for interface review and further integration work. This case covers product definition and prototype preparation.
